Police name driver found dead in river

Police today named a man who died when his car plunged into a river.The body of Daniel Moden, 27, was found inside his Vauxhall Corsa after it was recovered from the River Nene near Wisbech town centre yesterday afternoon.

Police today named a man who died when his car plunged into a river.

The body of Daniel Moden, 27, was found inside his Vauxhall Corsa after it was recovered from the River Nene near Wisbech town centre yesterday afternoon.

Mr Moden, of Felsted Avenue, Wisbech, was driving the car when it entered the water at Nene Quay, close to the Norfolk - Cambridgeshire border, at around 10.30am. Police are appealing for witnesses.
