Police are investigating reports of an assault at the Necton substation, near Swaffham.
A spokesman said officers were called to the site, just off the A47, at 10pm on Sunday night.
Investigatons are on-going and no further information is available at this stage.
The electricity substation is being built to transmit energy from the Dudgeon wind farm off the north Norfolk coast to the National Grid.
