Magdalen Street flyover in Norwich has been reopened after it was closed following concerns for a woman's safety.
Emergency services were called to Magdalen Street shortly after 2.45pm on Friday.
A police spokesman said St Crispins Road, which passes over Magdalen Street, had reopened and a woman was taken to safety. The road was reopened at 3.39pm and traffic has returned to normal.
Bus operator Sanders Coaches tweeted that Anglia Square was closed to traffic during the police incident.
Konectbus also stated that it was not running services through the area at the time.
Buses have returned to normal service.
