Police are renewing appeals for drivers not to leave valuables in their cars after a sat nav was stolen in Cobholm.

The Tom Tom device was stolen from a Ford Transit van parked in Mill Road, after offenders smashed a window. They also took the holder and charger from the dashboard.

Anyone with information about the theft, which happened between 9.40pm and 11.20pm last night, should call PC Anthony Hogan on 101.
