Members of the public are being asked to have their say on plans for a new housing estate in Caister-on-Sea.
Pegasus Group is consulting on outline proposals for 180 dwellings on land north of Caister, west of Ormesby Road.
The developer describe their plan as affordable housing and a mix of house sizes and types with a public open space. Access onto the estate would be off Ormesby Road. There would also be the creation of a new cycle link within the site parallel to Caister bypass and Ormesby Road.
In 2012, parish council chairman Tony Overill accused borough planners of allowing overdevelopment and said there were too many homes being built in the village.
At the time, the council had just approved plans for 12 town houses on the former Esso garage site in Yarmouth Road and lodged plans for five new homes in Charles Close. The Charles Close dwellings were completed in April - and have been celebrated for being among the first new council homes in the borough in 20 years.
