Plans to built 25 homes on the site of the former Dereham swimming pool are recommended for approval by councillors next week.
The development, which will have access from De Narde Road, gained outline planning permission in May 2008, but detailed plans will come before Breckland Council's planning committee on Monday September 3.
The homes would be a mix of one and two storey buildings, 10 of which would be reserved for affordable housing.
