The one-way system in St Augustine's Street, Norwich has been operational for more than a year, but it looks like some motorists have still not cottoned on to the fact.
This photograph shows the driver of a white car trying to turn left in to the one-way St Augustine's Street and crashing into an oncoming grey car.
Stuart McLaren, secretary of St Augustine's Community Together Residents' Association, said: 'We have been concerned for a while about the number of drivers who don't seem to realise that St Augustine's Street is one-way now and has been for over a year.
'We suspect that some satnavs are out of date or that the signage is inadequate.'
