A person was trapped in their car after it ended up in a ditch in Stow Bedon, near Watton.
Police were called at 3.30pm today to the incident on the B1107 and are still on the scene.
Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service have sent an appliance from Watton and Thetford.
A spokesman from East of England Ambulance Service said: 'We sent an ambulance crew and an ambulance officer to the scene to help to reports of one patient who was trapped.'
The road is currently closed.
