A person had to be recused after becoming stuck in a pond in Oakley, near Diss, on Saturday afternoon.
Emergency services were called at 4,06pm to a person who had got stuck in mud in a former drainage ditch which had been turned into a pond.
They were stuck for about an hour and a half before they called the fire service for help.
Two appliances from Diss and the water rescue team and rescue pump from Ipswich attended.
The person was rescued by 4.56pm and was left in the care of the East of England Ambulance Service Trust.
