Police are appealing for information after a pensioner was hit by a car in Costessey this morning (Tuesday).
It happened in Longwater Lane at about 7.15am when a black Ford Focus hit the 65-year-old pedestrian.
He was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for treatment, after sustaining head and chest injuries. He was discharged from hospital this afternoon.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who may have seen what happened.
