She had to contend with a couple of light aircraft to do it, but 10-year-old Patience Sadler has realised her ambition of pedaling a mile on a unicycle.
The Besthorpe youngster undertook the cycle at Tibenham Airfield on Friday, raising hundreds of pounds for the charity Norfolk Greyhound Rescue.
Andrew Sadler, Patience's dad, said she was thrilled to have finished the challenge.
He said: 'Patience did the mile on her unicycle despite having to dodge two light aircraft.
'She has already raised £400 and more to come in.'
