An awareness and store collection day held by the East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) raised over 400 at the Thorpe St Andrew Sainsbury's supermarket recently.
Thanks to the generosity of the Pound Lane store's customers and colleagues, there was 440 raised taking the total the store has raised for EAAA to over 6,600 for EAAA since June 2011, when the charity became the store's chosen charity partner.
Olly Larkin, deputy fundraising coordinator of EAAA, said: 'Staff and customers have again shown an incredible generosity - this is absolutely wonderful, thank you.'
