A refuse collection vehicle that got stuck on a small mud track in Lound, was there for eight hours before it was recovered.
The vehicle, operated by Waveney Norse, was conducting a black bin collection when the mishap took place last month.
A spokesperson for Waveney Norse said: 'As a direct result of adverse winter conditions, one of our refuse collection vehicles became stuck when using this track.
'Due to the position and size of the refuse vehicle, two recovery vehicles were required in an operation which lasted for approximately eight hours.
'As a result of this incident, we have spoken with local residents and have agreed some changes which will result in future collections being made by a smaller vehicle.'
The truck was eventually recovered – close to Cuckoo Green Farm.
