One person was trapped in a car and three others injured in a two-vehicle collision on the A47 at Narborough, near Swaffham, last night.
Three fire crews were sent to the crash, which happened on a single carriageway stretch of the road, at 9.28pm.
A fire service spokesman said they freed one person from a car.
Two ambulances and a paramedic were also sent to the scene, and an ambulance service spokesman said two people were taken to hospital. One suffered neck pain and another had unspecified but 'not serious' injuries.
The fire service's involvement in the incident ended at 10.24pm.
