A Norwich travel agent has been given an Olympic role.
Bernadette Tibble from Thomas Cook in Norwich has been named one of the company's 'pioneers' for London 2012 as part of Thomas Cook's role as the official provider of short breaks to the Games.
Ms Tibble is one of 250 employees across Thomas Cook's 19,000 UK and Ireland staff to be selected for the role of pioneer, bringing the spirit of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games to her fellow store staff and customers.
Thomas Cook Games Breaks will go on sale from March 15, the same date as when ticket applications open.
Breaks include accommodation and tickets.
