Students from a Norwich high school have raised more than a thousand pounds by completing a sponsored walk.
Pupils from all years at Notre Dame High School took part in the walk in autumn and raised £1,362 for youth charity Map.
Notre Dame is one of three Norwich high schools where Map delivers a programme of early action support, comprised of group activities, guidance and one-to-one mentoring.
Through its services, the charity aims to help students with their mental health, academic attainment and emotional and social wellbeing.
Will Mills, Map early action coordinator, said: 'We cannot thank the students of Notre Dame enough for their generosity, they should be incredibly proud of themselves. Their efforts – during the walk itself and in getting sponsorship – will help other young people get the advice, counselling, guidance and support they need.'
