Two Norwich men have completed the gruelling challenge of walking the Wainwright's Coast to Coast trail in just five days to raise money for the Clair School in Norwich.
The 200-mile trip across the Lake District and the north of England would normally take two weeks to complete.
However Neil Mitchell, 44, and Shane Lutkin, 60, completed it in just five days.
The money raised is for a new hydrotherapy pool for the school, where Mr Mitchell's nine-year-old daughter Kristen, who has hypotonic cerebral palsy, attends.
Mr Lutkin said: 'Whilst walking we didn't have much time for sight-seeing or rest or enjoy the scenery. We deeply experience pain and discomfort but we think that it is a tiny price to pay.'
