Planet Theatre Productions took time out of their rehearsals to share their costumes, characters and songs with the school.

Children decorated their classrooms and baked in Victorian style, as well as joining in with sketches and songs with the cast.

Deputy head, Lou Kent, said: 'This wasn't just a great opportunity to bring history to life for our children. It also carries a strong message that resonates today and reflects the ethos of our school – just a little bit of charity goes a long way in tough times and kindness really is transformative.'

Planet Theatre Productions are putting on the production of A Christmas Carol at the Daynes Sports Centre, Norwich Cathedral School from the December 20 to 31.
