As the search for Gerard Keen enters its second week, new images of him have been released by the police.
The 81-year-old was last seen at his home address in Conrad Road around 11.45am on Wednesday, October 28, and has not been seen since.
He had gone one of his regular short walks but failed to return home as usual.
After searches in the area to try to find him, involving officers on the ground, the police helicopter and other agencies including the fire service, coastguard and Suffolk Lowland Search and Rescue, police are continuing to ask anyone who may have seen him to get in touch.
The pensioner is described as white, 5ft 10in tall with white hair.
He is clean shaven and was wearing a black jacket, dark trousers and possibly a tweed cap.
• Officers are very concerned for his welfare and are asking for anyone who has seen Gerard or has any information about his whereabouts to contact Suffolk Police by dialling 101.
