Rooftop Gardens - Norwich's first rooftop and bar and restaurant - have revealed their new executive head chef as Andrew Clegg.
Over the past 18 years, Mr Clegg has gained a wealth of experience and expertise within the culinary sector - holding positions in numerous leading Norfolk restaurants over this time, including the Recruiting Sergeant in Horstead, The Last Wine Bar in Norwich and By Appointment in Norwich .
Mr Clegg said: 'I am looking forward to being part of such a unique and exciting new offering for the region and to have the chance to put my own mark on the menu, while retaining its signature strong focus on incorporating fresh, locally sourced seasoned produce.'
The owners of the Rooftop Gardens said: 'It was important for us to find the right person to lead and manage the kitchen and we are confident that with Andrew's outstanding track record, culinary talent and attention to detail - he will take us to the next stage of the restaurant's development.'
