An anonymous donor has pledged a huge £1,000 to help the family of one in a million baby Victoria Komada have life-changing surgery to her legs.
The 15-month old, from north Norwich, was born with bilateral tibial hemimilia, a rare limb deformity. Doctors in the UK recommended amputation was the only option, but surgery is available in the USA - with a price tag of £300,000.
It needs to be carried out before Victoria's second birthday for her to stand the best chance of success.
An online donations page has now reached more than £5,000 thanks to today's boost from the mystery donor, and the family have raised an additional £30,000.
