A motorcycle rider involved in a road accident near Sheringham has been left with serious injuries.

Officers from the Norfolk police's serious collision investigation team (SCIT) are appealing for witnesses to the accident which happened in Matlaske near Sheringham, on Saturday, November 6, at around 7.35pm.

A red and white Honda trials motorcycle was travelling on Wickmere Road when it was in collision with another motorcycle.

The 15-year-old male rider of the Honda received bruising to his hands and arms. The 17-year-old male rider of the other motorcycle received severe leg and internal injuries and remains in the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital in a serious condition.
