Rush-hour traffic was delayed after two vehicles crashed on the A47.

The accident happened this morning about 100 metres before the Acle roundabout.

It impacted on traffic between Norwich and Great Yarmouth.

A Norfolk Police spokesman said officers were called just before 7.30am and the road reopened just after 9am.

They added that two vehicles, including a Nissan car, were involved.

Paramedics from the East of England Ambulance Service Trust were also called. More updates to follow.
