Middlesbrough secured additional tickets on Wednesday for Monday's Wembley showdown with Norwich City.
The Teesside club was original allocated 38,000 tickets for the Championship play-off final compared with 38,800 for Norwich.
Middlesbrough sold out of tickets on Tuesday and a message on the club's website on Wednesday confirmed extra tickets had been secured.
The tickets go on general sale at 2.30pm today and are limited to four per booking.
Norwich City chief executive, David McNally, said earlier this week he would push to get more tickets for Norwich fans.
The Canaries remaining allocation of seats go on sale at 6pm today but can only be bought by season ticket holders, priority members and away season ticket holders.
They are expected to sell-out this evening.
