There were delays to traffic after a trailer tipped over on the A11 near Snetterton, spilling its load of straw and manure on the road on Tuesday afternoon.
The dual carriageway was partially blocked northbound at the Shropham turnoff after the trailer, which was being towed by a tractor, tipped over.
Police were called at 1.05pm and recovery of the tractor and trailer began at 2.20pm.
Officers said there had been two minor crashes in the congestion caused by the spill.
A spokesman said the road reopened again at around 3.15pm.
Nobody was injured.
