A driver who suffered a fractured leg after a collision with a lorry had to be cut out of his car before being airlifted to hospital.
The collision happened in Reepham Road, Alderford, at about 11.35am today, Friday April 13, blocking the road both ways at Hall Road.
Firefighters cut off the roof of the car to free the driver, a man believed to be about 40. He was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital.
Fire engines from Aylsham, Reepham, Carrow and Dereham were called to the village, north west of Norwich, and declared the incident over at 12.48pm.
