North Quay in Yarmouth is currently closed after a crash between two vehicles.
Police were called at 1.20pm to the accident between a Mondeo and a Vauxhall, which happened at the junction of the Conge and North Quay.
Two ambulances and a rapid response vehicle were called to the scene and a spokesman from East of England Ambulance service said: 'We received a call today at 1.28pm to reports of a road traffic collision on North Quay, Great Yarmouth and sent a rapid response vehicle and two ambulance crews to assist.
'At the scene, a man believed to be in his 50s, was treated for chest pains before being taken to the James Paget Hospital for further care.'
The road is closed in both directions from Fullers Hill to the junction with Stonecutters Way.
