A 19-year-old had to be rescued from his car after ending up in a ditch near Watton.
A fire crew from the town and one from Dereham were called to help the man who had come off the Dereham Road in Ovington at about 8.15pm on Wednesday.
It took about 40 minutes for crews to rescue him and make the scene safe. The man was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. A spokesman for the ambulance service said it was not known what his injuries were.
