A motorist died yesterday after his vehicle left the road on the A148, on the Fakenham side of East Rudham, and ended up in a field. Police, fire crews from Fakenham and Great Massingham and the East Anglian air ambulance were called to the scene at just before 1.
A motorist died yesterday after his vehicle left the road on the A148, on the Fakenham side of East Rudham, and ended up in a field. Police, fire crews from Fakenham and Great Massingham and the East Anglian air ambulance were called to the scene at just before 1.10pm and dealt with the incident.
The road was blocked for about four-and-a-half hours and diversions were set up.
Only one vehicle was involved and a police spokesman said the identity of the male driver, who was believed to be the only occupant of the car, was not being released until next of kin had been informed.
