A man was taken to hospital in a life-threatening condition after he suffered breathing problems on a half marathon on Sunday.
Ambulance were called to the Snetterton Race Track half marathon just before 1pm to reports of a man who was not breathing.
Ambulance crew and East Anglian Air Ambulance treated the man before he was airlifted to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital in a life-threatening condition.
