A man is at Norwich Magistrates Court this morning charged with the murder of Reepham pensioner Heather Burton.Colin Ray Barker, 63, who lived at Sun Barn Walk and was a neighbour of the 79-year-old woman was arrested on Saturday, November 3, and subsequently released on police bail until his re-arrest yesterday.
