A man in his 60s has been airlifted to hospital in a life-threatening condition after collapsing at Weston Country Fayre near Beccles.
The man, who was performing in the fayre's arena at the time, was given CPR by a visitor at the event and then treated by paramedics just before 1pm on Sunday. He was in cardiac arrest and was resuscitated by a team of community first responders and ambulance crew.
The East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) was called, with Anglia One able to land in a nearby field.
An EAAA doctor and paramedic assessed the man and gave him pain relief before airlifting him to the Norfolk and Norwich University hospital.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service described the man's condition as 'life-threatening'.
