Ambulance crews were called to the toilets at Norwich's market place today (Tuesday) after a man was found unconscious.
The 999 call came in at 10.37am this morning to the public conveniences located at the back of the market, near St Peter Mancroft church.
An East of England Ambulance Service spokesman said: 'We received a 999 call at 10.37am today to reports that a man was unconscious in the toilets at Norwich Market.
'An ambulance crew, two rapid response vehicles and a co-response unit from Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service were dispatched to the scene. The patient was assessed and treated at scene for a suspected seizure.'
The man has now been taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for further care.
