East Anglian Air Ambulance medics were unable to save the life of a man when they were called to his aid in Sheringham this afternoon.
Anglia One, based at Norwich Airport, was called to the town at 2.15pm to a man who had suffered a heart attack.
A charity spokesman said: 'Despite the very best efforts of the crew on board the helicopter, on this occasion sadly the patient passed away. Our thoughts are with his family at this very distressing time.'
