A man is in a critical condition after being stabbed in the early hours of this morning.
Police were called to Croxton Road in Thetford at 12.20am today (Monday) to reports of a man with serious injuries.
The 41-year-old was taken to Papworth Hospital in Cambridge where he was in a critical but stable condition.
A 40-year-old woman, who is believed to be known to the man, was arrested in connection with the incident and taken to Bury St Edmunds Investigation Centre for questioning.
