A man has been charged with escaping from a secure unit in north Suffolk.
Jason Williams, 21, is due to appear in court after the incident at St John's House in Palgrave, near Diss, on October 2.
Ross Beeby, 22, has also been reported for assault, criminal damage and escaping lawful custody in relation to the incident.
Police said a file on Beeby would be submitted to the Crown Prosecution Service in due course.
They launched a hunt for the three inmates after they went missing from the unit on October 2. Williams and Beeby were detained later that day.
Luke Sparks, 21, of Weston-super-Mare, was arrested two days later and has already been charged with escaping from lawful custody, assault and criminal damage.
Rebecca Martin, a 22-year-old social care assistant of Greys Manor, Banham, has been charged with assisting prisoners to escape in relation to the same incident.
Williams will appear at Bury St Edmunds Magistrates' Court on November 10.
