A 21-year-old man is to appear in court following a pitch invasion during Norwich City's clash with Nottingham Forest.
Harry Abrey, of Sutton Coldfield in the West Midlands, is charged with going onto the playing field without lawful authority on March 6.
A man ran onto the pitch during Tuesday's Championship game and pulled down his trousers before being caught by stewards.
Police said later arrested a man who was sat in the away stand.
Abrey has been bailed and is due to appear at Norwich Magistrates' Court on March 27, 2018.
