A man who was seen threatening people with a weight tied to a rope was arrested in Great Yarmouth last night.
The man in his 40s was charged with possessing an offensive weapon in a public place after a concerned member of the public called the police just before 9.30pm yesterday.
Police officers arrested the man in York Road, Yarmouth was held in custody at the Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre overnight.
