A man in his 30s was airlifted to hospital after falling from his mountain bike in Ringland Hills.
The East Anglian Air Ambulance was called to the incident at 5.35pm yesterday.
The man was treated by crew at the scene before being flown to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
