A 29-year-old man has been charged with a series of rape offences against a child in Great Yarmouth in the summer of 2014.
Lee Ornstein, of the Isle of Man, is accused of four counts of rape of a child under the age of 13. The charges relate to incidents which happened in Great Yarmouth between June 1 and September 30, 2014.
It follows an investigation by detectives from the Child Abuse Investigation Unit.
Ornstein appeared before magistrates today and was remanded in custody to appear at Norwich Crown Court on Monday, February 1, 2016
