There were delays on the Norwich to London Liverpool Street line this morning after a man was killed by a train.
Officers were called to Chadwell Heath train station at 9.10am following reports of a person hit by a train. British Transport Police confirmed the man died at the scene.
Trains between Norwich and London Liverpool street were disrupted as a result and services were severely delayed, cancelled and altered.
Greater Anglia advised passengers to travel via Cambridge with the disruption coming to an end at 11.30am.
