More than 200 students, staff, families and sponsors gathered for an annual awards evening
Outstanding achievements, effort, potential and community work were rewarded as success was marked at the annual student awards ceremony at Lowestoft Sixth Form College last week.
The celebration of achievement took place in the college's Atrium, with former students and supporters also present to hear testimonials of hard work and excellence.
Guests were treated to live music throughout the evening as well as refreshments, including a chocolate fountain and popcorn, and there was also the chance to visit a fun photo booth
The guest speaker at the event was Daniella Harrison, a former student who is in her second year at Queen Mary University of London, studying English and Drama, having left the sixth form college in 2015. Daniella reflected on her time as a sixth form student as well as her time at university, which sent out an important message to those present about not letting others hold you back and to do what makes you happy.
