A man has been arrested after being found with a lock knife, cannabis wraps and hundreds of pounds in cash in Norwich city centre.
He was approached by officers at St Gregorys Back Alley on Saturday afternoon after a member of the public reported him acting suspiciously.
Sgt Mark Shepherd said the man, who is in his early 30s and from London, was also surrounded by a number of known drug users.
He was arrested at around 12.40pm for possession with intent to supply, resisting a drug search, resisting arrest, being in possession of an offensive weapon and criminal damage.
He remains in police custody.
