Our readers will be able to put their questions to the region's top rail bosses during a live web chat on Wednesday.

The regional bosses of train operator Abellio and infrastructure body Network Rail will be at their computers ready to be quizzed at 2pm for an hour.

Jamie Burles, managing director of Abellio Greater Anglia, said it was an exciting time as they were about to start a new nine-year franchise, which would lead to many improvements to trains, journey times and stations in Norfolk – both in the short and long term.

Richard Schofield, Network Rail's route managing director for Anglia, said: 'I know the railway is very important to people and I welcome the opportunity to talk to passengers, especially at a time when we are delivering significant improvements on the railway and working to secure investment to continue to improve their journeys in the future.'

You can take part in the Q&A live at 2pm on Wednesday, October 12 on this website. You can also submit a question in advance by emailing annabelle.dickson@ archant.co.uk
