Watchdogs in Norfolk have warned people not to fall for a security alarm scam.
Trading Standards officers at Norfolk County Council have been contacted by several people in the county who have reported cold calling by a company.
The company offers to sell them a security alarm for just 1.
But Trading Standards officers warn that the maintenance contract for that alarm is likely to be very expensive and that if a deal appeared to be too good to be true, it almost always is.
