A former Norwich pub is set to be converted into homes, after city councillors granted planning permission for the switch.
Constitution Motors, which owns the former Constitution Tavern in Constitution Hill, had applied to Norwich City Council for planning permission for a conversion and extension to provide an extra flat and house.
Members of the council's planning committee yesterday approved the plan.
The former pub dated back to 1864 but closed in 2010 because the owners said it was no longer viable.
