The cycling fundraiser where riders tackle 400 miles in four days for the East Anglian Air Ambulance is recruiting for its next event this summer.
Cyclists in the Lap of Anglia take on 100 miles a day - cycling the circumference of the region covered by the charity.
Now in its fourth year, the 'lappers' have so far raised £32,000 and are hoping even more amateur cyclists will take part in their next event.
Organiser Damien Cross said: 'The past few years have been fantastic for the Lap, and the support and donations we've received from across the whole area have been overwhelming.'
He added: 'Most importantly we need as many cyclists as possible. Entries are open for people looking to take part in the ride.
'We're looking to get around 50 people involved this year and make this by far the biggest Lap of Anglia to date.'
Starting at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn on August 10, the cyclists will travel through Sandringham and make their way around the beautiful north Norfolk coast to Norwich.

The next day, they will cycle through the Norfolk broads to Suffolk and then into the Chilton Hills around Bedfordshire.
Their final stretch to King's Lynn on the last day is via the Cambridgeshire Fens.
Each month the East Anglian Air Ambulance saves more than 100 lives on calls and relies solely on public donations.
Lap of Anglia is being sponsored by insurance broker Adrian Flux as well as Holiday Inn, Fruit Bowl and Robinsons Volkswagen.
