Doughnut-lovers will be given a new way to satisfy their sweet tooth today after Krispy Kreme announced they are opening a counter at Tesco in Great Yarmouth.

The American manufacturer revealed on Facebook that they are moving in to the Tesco Extra on Pasteur Road.

The store's new Krispy Kreme counter opens this morning, with its first delivery expected around 9am.

This week counters have also opened in Wisbech Extra, King's Lynn Extra and King's Lynn Gaywood Superstore as well as March Hostmoor Superstore, Dereham Extra and Norwich Extra .

The new Norfolk counters come after Krispy Kreme opened its first Norwich store earlier this month.

Eager doughnut fans queued from midnight to get their hands on the sweet treats.
