A new and exciting project, bringing communities together, will take centre stage at a popular café.
If you like to knit or you like to natter, then why not do the two together, as a new knit and (k)natter community event is launched in Lowestoft.
Each Monday morning between 10am and noon at Sams Coffee House on Bevan Street East, you can have a free Paddy & Scott's coffee or tea and join in with knitting.
A spokesman for Access Community Trust said: 'Did you know that knitting is good for the brain and also for mindfulness and wellbeing? Come to Sams and make new friends. All you need to do is to bring your own needles and wool. Any age and any gender is welcome.'
