A kite surfer had to be rescued after getting into difficulty off the coat of Hunstanton.
The woman's husband raised the alarm with Hunstanton RNLI at about 10.50am on Wednesday (March 29).
He reported his wife was unable to get her kite airborne and and drifting down tide towards Holme.
The Spirit of West Norfolk lifeboat rescued the woman who had been in the water for 45 minutes and was showing signs of hypothermia.
She was checked over by paramedics and later reunited with her husband,
